This is a really cool design although it really doesn't scream ninja at me. It is more of a powered soldier. All that Big clunky armour has got to slow it down and make some sound. Ninja are supposed to be stealthy and be able to disapear into the crowd. This concept seems a little over large for that, although I suppose it could be running a sound suppresion and active camoflage systems like the Ninja from Metal Gear or Predator. It just seems more heavy than stealthy is all.
